Food Service Team Member

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Upsell and promote additional products or services to customers
• Take food orders and accurately input them into the POS system
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Skills :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and discounts is beneficial

Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in a kitchen setting
