Head of Supply Chain

A fast-growing, vertically integrated generic pharmaceutical manufacturer with U.S. and overseas operations is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to lead the team. The organization specializes in high-quality, affordable medications and maintains a strong focus on regulatory compliance, customer service, and continuous improvement across its supply chain.

Summary :

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across U.S. and international manufacturing sites and CMOs.
• Oversee procurement, planning, logistics, and S&OP processes; report directly to the CEO.
• Manage 4 direct and 4 indirect reports; key member of the senior leadership team.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategy, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, optimize inventory, and support working capital goals.
• Guide make / buy decisions and ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and distribution standards.
• Build and lead high-performing global teams focused on operational excellence and cost optimization.
