What We're Seeking
We are looking for independently licensed clinicians ready to make a positive impact. Here are the qualities we value :
Willingness to conduct 15-21 sessions per week
Open to working with diverse populations, including couples and children
Appreciation for both teamwork and individual autonomy
Interest in leadership or supervisory roles
A strong commitment to integrity and quality care
Qualifications :
Must hold an active and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts
Residency and licensure must be within Massachusetts
Compensation :
Up to $66,500, determined by licensure level, session volume, and potential bonuses.
