We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in construction, plumbing, and HVAC to join our growing team.

Requirements :

Proven experience in office management within a construction or service-based business

Knowledge of plumbing and other operations preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Familiarity with the Jobber application (scheduling, invoicing, and workflow management)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to multitask and support field technicians efficiently

Responsibilities include :

Managing daily office operations and schedules

Preparing estimates, invoices, and reports

Coordinating with customers and field staff

Maintaining accurate records and job files
