Loan Servicing Specialist

A company is looking for a Loan Servicing Associate who has experience in property tax monitoring and loan servicing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and track real estate tax obligations for the loan portfolio across multiple jurisdictions

Ensure timely and accurate tax payments for non-escrowed accounts to prevent penalties and delinquencies

Manage insurance tracking for borrower properties, ensuring coverage is maintained and premiums are paid on time

Required Qualifications

Degree or relevant experience in Finance, Real Estate, or Banking is a plus

2+ years of loan servicing experience, particularly in property tax payment and monitoring

Strong understanding of escrow account management and insurance tracking

Proficiency with loan servicing platforms, Excel / Google Sheets, and CRM tools

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
