IT Help Desk Analyst

Bastian Solutions is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to support our internal employees. The ideal person will be energetic, friendly and have a passion to help our teams in any IT issues. This is an onsite position currently in Carmel, IN. Our company will be moving our headquarters to Noblesville in late 2026. We are only looking for candidates able to commute to these locations.

Job Summary

This candidate will provide Tier 2 support by diagnosing and resolving technical issues across a variety of hardware, software, and operating system topics including but not limited to :

• Provide remote and on-site desktop support for company users and computers.
• Intermediate support of Windows 10 / 11
• Intermediate support of Apple / iOS and Android phones
• Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 Administration
• Intermediate Active Directory Administration
• Intermediate Networking knowledge (TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Intermediate Desktop applications (Office, Adobe, etc.)
• Linux OS Deployment via FOG server (a plus)
• Software license management (Adobe / Visio / Project)
• MAC OS deployment (a plus)
