Description : As the Regional Lead and head of the Sikorsky Indo-Pacific Strategy & Business Development team, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to grow our business pipeline and capture new opportunities internationally with a focus on the Indo-Pacific region. Your role will be to develop and execute a regional business growth strategy that strengthens Sikorsky’s relationships with partnered nations’ acquisition customers & military and commercial operational end users to gain a detailed understanding of their near, mid and long-term capability gaps, which would inform capability roadmap solutions. Your role will also involve the identification, qualification, pursuit and capture of new business opportunities for our core aircraft platform product lines. Your responsibilities will also include meeting orders targets across each of the Sikorsky Market Segments and fostering effective customer relationships, both externally and within Lockheed Martin.
This position requires extensive travel within the Indo-Pacific region where you will engage with senior leaders within the political, military and industry communities.
This position is also a supervisory role and will include management of a team of direct reports – each whom will be responsible for a territory within the subject region.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
