Project Architect (Strong Design Skills) | Residential, Educational & Public Projects
Our client, a respected architecture firm with offices in Manhattan and Westchester County, is seeking a Project Architect to join their team. The firm is known for its performance-driven approach , belief in the impact of good design , and commitment to quality execution across Residential, Educational, and Public Sector projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled architect who excels in both concept design and detailed execution, and who thrives in a collaborative studio environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute exceptional design skills across all project phases—from concept through construction
- Develop and refine architectural concepts for residential, educational, and public buildings
- Research and implement innovative building systems and materials
- Produce detailed construction documents and drawings using Revit
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure design intent is carried through to completion
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and team members to maintain design and project integrity
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture5–10 years of professional experience with a strong design portfolioExpertise in Revit (required)Strong conceptual and technical design skillsProven experience working on Education, Residential, or Public projectsExcellent organization, communication, and collaboration abilitiesFluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skillsCompensation & Benefits
