The Role
This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who want flexibility, training, and clear advancement opportunities. You'll connect exclusively with clients who have already requested information no cold calling, ever.
Key Responsibilities :
- Contact and follow up with warm leads
- Conduct virtual meetings to explain benefit options
- Guide clients through choosing a plan that fits their needs
- Assist with digital paperwork and applications
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up
- Participate in team calls and ongoing coaching
