Job descriptionWe’re seeking an Engine Calibration Engineer to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. You’ll support performance, drivability, emissions, and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms. Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions Analyze data, identify issues, and implement calibration changes Interface with cross-functional teams and customers Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering 2+ years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience Proficient with tools such as INCA, ATI Vision, or ETAS Knowledge of combustion principles, emissions systems, and diagnostics Preferred : Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance Familiarity with diesel, gasoline, or hybrid / EV calibration 🚗 OEM + Motorsports programs | 📊 Data-driven engineering | 🔧 Real-world impact Apply now and lead the way in powertrain innovation.
