The work :
- Supports demand and supply simulations and gap analysis through Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Execute simulations on all new proposals, demand entries / changes to identify risks / gaps
- Runs simulations to identify / test proposed gap solutions to help program evaluate proposal efforts prior to contract negotiations

Basic qualifications :
BA / BS in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Research, or a similar field with 6+ years of related experienceStrong understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes, including demand and supply planning, and inventory managementExperience with simulation tools and ability to execute simulations and analyze resultsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and communicate complex risks and gapsExperience with data analysis and reporting, including ability to create and communicate key metrics and reportsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with stakeholders to interpret and action simulation resultsAbility to learn and adapt to new systems and tools, and other simulation softwareAdvanced Excel and data analysis experiencePlease note : This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Desired skills :

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
