This job contributes to Jimmy John's success by assisting the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job assists and supervises a team of store employees to create and maintain a Freaky Fast, hospital clean, environment. This job requires the ability to deploy team members and delegate tasks to complete daily systems and procedures with 100% integrity. The incumbent is responsible for acting in accordance with Jimmy John's policies and procedures.

This Jimmy Johns is independently owned and operated under a franchise agreement with LPH Ventures, franchisor of the Jimmy Johns system. Ability to direct the work of others. Ability to work in a team. Knowledge of the retail environment. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships. Strong interpersonal skills. At least 18 years of age.
