Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Mental Health Counselor-Site Supervisor located in the Friendswood, TX area. The Mental Health Counselor-Site Supervisor will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling, providing consultation and supervision for counselors, managing case files, conducting relationship counseling sessions. The role also involves overseeing the daily operations of the small counseling site and ensuring quality care.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Treatment Planning
• Proficiency in Mental Health and Psychology
• Experience in Relationship Counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Relevant licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LPC-S, Psychologist, LCSW) preferred
