Position overview

The Implementation Analyst is responsible for the configuration, testing, data analysis, and delivery of new client implementations for their assigned department. You will partner with Implementation Consultants, the EDI team, and other stakeholders throughout the implementation as a subject-matter expert.

Primary responsibilities

• Manage and respond to a high volume of client and internal emails daily through Salesforce to ensure timely communication and follow-up
• Partner closely with the TPA Consumer team and Cobra implementation consultants, providing system setup consultation
• Import and analyze data using various platforms
• Perform data audits, generate reports, and resolve system discrepancies
• Maintain daily case load, ensuring all tasks and follow-up dates are within SLA

Work location – In-Office (no remote or hybrid). Requires on-site presence five days per week during designated hours. Locations : Schaumburg, IL; Meridian, ID; Rochester, NY.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $44,800-$64,000 per year. Base pay may vary by experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for an annual restricted-stock unit grant based on individual performance, in addition to our full benefits package.

The pay range for this position is $44,800 - $64,000 / yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
