Site Reliability Engineer

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot escalated tickets and provide support to customers

Perform on-call duties and manage Windows Server builds, backups, and security patching

Create and maintain system documentation while participating in the setup of new customer environments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

5+ years of hands-on technical architecture experience

Expert knowledge in Cloud, Virtualization, Network, Compute, and Storage

Advanced experience with Windows Server and proficiency in Linux

3+ years of experience in Incident and Request Management (ITIL v3)
