Responsibilities of the AIA Billing Specialist :

Prepare and process accurate progress billings and monthly invoices

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors on billing activities

Compile and distribute final billings to clients

Review cost reports with Project Managers to ensure proper billing

Monitor accounts receivable aging and support collection efforts

Requirements of the AIA Billing Specialist :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• Previous AIA billing or project coordination experience is highly preferred!
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary : $75-80k
