Inside the home we protect critical aspects of home function such as plumbing, heating and cooling, appliances, power surges, hot water heater, and interior electrical. Outside the home we provide protection for critical lines (water, gas, wells, sewers, electric and septic). We primarily go to market B2B2C, partnering mostly with water / gas / electric utilities and municipalities to offer our product leveraging their brand for marketing and often adding our subscription fee to the water / gas / electric bill itself. The Plumbing Apprentice is responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing-related tasks to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems. This role focuses on both scheduled maintenance and urgent response to plumbing issues, including leaks, blockages, and component failures. Duties to include, but not limited to, all types of plumbing repairs, minor steam line repairs and re-routing, natural gas pipe repairs and re-routing, storm and sewage line maintenance and repairs and preventative maintenance. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service. While our headquarters is in Naperville, this role is field-based and requires regular travel to customer home locations.

Minimum of 2 years experience on plumbing license.
Valid drivers license.
