Candidates selected for 2026 Winter / Spring Student Administrative Assistant (Columbia office) positions will work during the January - April timeframe in calendar year 2026 and provide general office administrative support in a part-time, 15- to 20-hour-per-week role. Only applicants who are currently pursuinga bachelors degree and / or masters degree in accounting or a related field will be considered.

Student Administrative Assistants are responsible for successful completion of assignments made by their supervisors. All work will be checked by a supervisor or other fulltime WK associate.

Essential Functions :

• Provide assistance with tax processing.
• Assemble individual and business tax returns for filing.
• Data entry for various taxseason related projects.
• Perform assignments within specified hours and assigned due dates.
• Provide primary assistance in filing and processing of returns.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
