Our client is a Georgia-based, nation wide firm that specializes in the construction and management of mission critical data centers. They are dedicated to bringing the latest technology and innovation to every project, giving their clients an edge in the market. With a rapidly growing pipeline, they are expanding their construction team starting with a Senior Project Manager.

Job Description

The role involves overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and in alignment with project plans and schedules. The successful candidate will manage and guide subcontractors and junior team members, fostering collaboration and maintaining a productive work environment. They will also track project costs, identify variances, and report budget updates to the senior project manager. Additionally, the role ensures that construction work meets the firm's quality standards and adheres to design specifications.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar field. They should have experience leading a minimum of two data center projects including site work from conception to completion. At least four years as a Project Manager is required. The candidate should be highly organized, highly motivated, and a detail-directed problem solver. They must be open to working on site in Georgia, North and South Carolina.
