A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and system support to business partners such as funeral homes and medical certifiers
Troubleshoot systems and assist users with technical issues
Assist individuals with certificate orders and provide updates on their status
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of call center experience preferred
Associate's degree or higher in a related field preferred
Experience handling confidential end-user information
Ability to work various shifts
Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus
