As a Solventum Dental Practice Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

  • Meeting and exceeding sales target while managing administrative responsibilities and CRM requirements.
  • Negotiating and closing sales opportunities by presenting 1 : 1 or to small groups using persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
  • Responding rapidly to customer requests and interacting with a professional demeanor to established strong business relationships within the territory.
  • Independently solving problems with a positive attitude in a competitive environment.
  • Collaborating and sharing knowledge with Solventum teammates and internal cross functional teams.

Driving Requirements :

  • This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum's driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign-off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.
  • Your Skills and Expertise :

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
  • Three (3) years of field sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Current and valid driver's license is required.
  • Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :

  • Dental sales experience is preferred.
  • Work location : Remote - Candidate must reside in the Tampa, FL area.

    Travel : May include up to 35% domestic.

    Relocation Assistance : May be authorized.

    Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

    The expected compensation range for this position is $110,762 - $135,375, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).

    Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
