Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide services in a K-12 school setting. The position offers a contract for the new school year and is based in Midlothian, VA. Candidates will have the flexibility to provide teletherapy or on-site school-based therapy services. Virtual SLPs must be willing to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students across grades K-12.
• Conduct teletherapy sessions or in-person interventions within the school.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student communication goals.
• Supervise SLPAs for virtual service providers, ensuring quality and compliance with therapy plans.
• Participate in formal assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with school policies.

Location : Midlothian, VA (with options for virtual service delivery)
