Job Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer and Category Management Manager (formerly titled Customer Business Manager) to lead strategic growth initiatives across assigned product categories within key customer accounts. This sales focused role is pivotal in driving bid wins, expanding distribution, and cultivating strong buyer relationships.

You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to :

Quarterback for driving bid wins and defense for assigned categories at the customer, proactively managing all aspects of the bid process from buyer bid insights, THS bid negotiation strategy, bid preparation and execution.
