We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to work in the Boise, ID area.
Major Duties & Responsibilities :
This position provides overall administrative direction for several projects and assuming responsibility for the overall project performance including costs, schedule, quality and project status. This position involves subcontract negotiations, liaison with owners and partners, engineers and sub-trades and management of the technical and financial aspects of the contract.
- Maintain excellent relationships with owner, partner, architect, consultants, subcontractors and public
- Liaise with authorities and regulatory agencies
- Establish project reporting procedures
- Develop and monitor the project schedule and budget
- Establish construction plans and engineering methods
- Negotiate issues of subcontracts and major purchase orders
- Understand and enforce contractual responsibilities, contract documents and provide dispute resolution
- Manage all change orders, including negotiating, processing and assessing cost and schedule impacts
- Supervise, mentor, coach and train project employees
- Ensure project profitability

Experience in Multi-Family Unit ConstructionExperience with Project Management Software including Microsoft Project, Procore or similarOur accomplished team and vertically integrated configuration has produced more than 250 successful multifamily, charter schools and special-use projects throughout the US.
