About Cut+Dry Cut+Dry is transforming how food distributors run their businesses.
We don’t just sell software — we help distributors rethink how they work and grow revenue .
Our platform modernizes operations for the $300B+ foodservice distribution industry, connecting distributors, manufacturers, and customers through smarter systems.
The Role As a Digital Solutions Architect , you’ll turn that transformation into reality.
You’ll take a new Distributor Partner (DP) from “contract signed” to “50% usage on Cut+Dry” , leading them through systems integration, workflow redesign, and measurable business change.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role — part project manager, part systems analyst, part operator.
One hour you might be mapping ERP data flows; the next, you’re running a strategy call with a CEO or troubleshooting a sync with their IT team.
You thrive in ambiguity, bring structure fast, and get things done.
What You’ll Do 1.
Lead End-to-End Onboarding Own delivery for assigned Distributor Partners — from kickoff to go-live.
Understand their business deeply (ERP, pricing, sales, operations) and translate that into a clear, time-boxed plan.
Manage dependencies and coordinate across teams to keep projects on track. 2.
Turn Complexity into Action Collect requirements from multiple stakeholders and simplify them into clear next steps.
Prioritize ruthlessly — decide what matters most now and what can wait.
Confidently negotiate trade-offs and align everyone on a realistic plan. 3.
Drive Measurable Progress Identify the Single Most Important Fix that unlocks momentum for each partner.
Deliver visible results in short, four-week execution cycles (“Waves”).
Track and communicate progress weekly with clarity and confidence— both internally and to the customer. 4.
Drive Adoption After Launch Ensure partners fully use and benefit from the platform after go-live.
Spot when adoption drops and create a plan to re-engage.
Partner with the Echo Lead (business counterpart) to keep relationships healthy and results compounding. 5.
Strengthen the System After each onboarding wave, transition stable accounts to the Support team smoothly — no lost context.
Step back in only when issues are systemic (e.g., integration or network-level problems).
Turn recurring issues into improved playbooks, so every future onboarding runs faster. You’re a Great Fit If You… Love solving complex problems that combine people, process, and technology.
Are equally comfortable running a customer meeting and troubleshooting a workflow.
Have strong project management skills — you always know what’s on track and what’s at risk.
Know your way around ERPs, APIs, and basic networking (VPNs, data mapping, integrations).
Communicate clearly — you can explain a technical problem in simple, confident language.
Stay calm under pressure and make decisions that move things forward.
Take full ownership — if it’s on your plate, it gets done.
