We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This role is essential in helping execute seamless events that meet our company’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction. You will work closely with event coordinators and management to ensure every event runs smoothly from preparation to completion.

Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, organization, and execution.

Coordinate logistics, including equipment, seating, and guest arrangements.

Provide on-site support to ensure a positive guest experience.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to maintain event standards.

Maintain cleanliness and order in event spaces before, during, and after events.

Ensure that company guidelines and safety procedures are followed at all times.
