Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Civil Engineer to establish, lead, and grow our Civil Engineering Department. This role encompasses technical leadership, project oversight, staff mentorship, client relationship development, and overall strategic direction for the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and manage the Civil Engineering Department
- Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff
- Provide technical oversight and serve as Engineer of Record
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects
- Lead proposal development, budgeting, and client engagement initiatives
