We are seeking an experienced, successful, and engaged Dispatcher to join our team.

Position Summary :

GreenWaste is seeking to fill the position of Dispatcher to provide support to one or more facilities. This role’s main function will administer the day-to-day functions, help dispatch drivers, data entry, and front desk reception work. Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Maintain Confidentiality of sensitive information
• Assist employees with inquires including passing out paychecks, address change forms, W4 request, benefit
• Input data and weight tag information daily for accurate record keeping.
• Coordinate activities and operations to secure efficiency and company policies.
• Manage phone calls, correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages) and front desk responsibilities.
• Verify and log receipt of data, follows up to obtain any data that is missing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Resolve all issues for customers and drivers in a timely manner
• Record and maintain files or records of customer request, work or services performed, charges, or other dispatch information

Work Environment :

Typical work week is Monday through Friday. Semi-frequent early morning, evening, and weekend calls / correspondence with urgent matters. Might be exposed to outdoor weather conditions and odors / sells.
