HR Receptionist

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Directs and routes applicants through the various stages of the pre-employment process.

o      Issues and processes required forms for applicants.

o      Monitors medical schedules for applicants and prepares related forms.

o      Initiates background investigations of applicants and is responsible for related recordkeeping.

o      Responsible for logging all visitors to HR with building security.

o      Types routine correspondence, reports and various forms, (i.e., request for driving abstracts, I.D. cards, fingerprint cards, etc.).

o      Screens incoming phone calls, properly directs each call, and takes messages when appropriate.

Final salary will be determined in part by the qualifications of the selected candidate and may be higher or lower than target.
