HOW YOUR EXPERTISE WILL SHINE :

As our HVAC Dispatcher - Customer Support Rep, your day is a dynamic mix of critical thinking, customer service, and attention to detail. You are the essential hub, the central point for all things related to service calls. Your critical thinking skills are key as you decide which service technician to dispatch for each job, considering their skills and location to ensure the right person gets to the right job quickly. You manage technicians' schedules, making sure they know where to go next and what the plan is, whether it's a new call or a return visit for a parts installation. As you oversee the daily dispatch board, you also prepare service invoices and timecards, keeping the entire process running smoothly. Your clear and concise communication with managers, technicians, and especially our customers ensures a seamless experience for everyone, making you an indispensable part of our team.
