Responsibilities
As a Service Coordinator, you'll support Power Delivery, Transmission & Distribution operations. You'll be the primary person responsible for assisting walk in customers. Training will include Customer Guarantees, Gatekeeping, Contracts, backup for other service coordinators, etc. Other responsibilities may include data entry, managing mail, payroll and other tasks as assigned. Will be trained to use specific company applications as needed.
