Translation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Translations to oversee its translation team and localisation needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage translation and localisation projects from start to finish, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Source and manage external translation agencies and freelancers while maintaining strong vendor relationships

Define and implement localisation best practices and analyse translation metrics for continuous improvement

Qualifications and Experience Required :

Strong experience in localisation and project management

Leadership experience in project or personnel management

Experience working cross-functionally with internal departments and external vendors

Comfortable working with languages other than English

Experience with Lilt is advantageous
