This role involves assisting travelers with destination options, accommodations, activities, and overall trip coordination while providing friendly, reliable service in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with researching and selecting Caribbean destinations, resorts, and travel experiences.
Provide accurate information on travel options, itinerary details, and package availability.
Coordinate bookings for accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences.
Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the planning process.
Ensure accuracy in all reservation details and documentation.
Stay updated on travel policies, seasonal offerings, and destination features.
