Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career in construction? A local New Braunfels company, specializing in commercial and residential development, is looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join their growing team!

If you're ready to get your hands dirty and contribute to exciting projects around New Braunfels, Seguin, and San Antonio , we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with bedding ditches, cutting pipe, laying pipe, and staging pipe alongside trenches.
  • Set up and break down the tent, chairs, carpet, and other necessary items for the job site.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure job completion, maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude.

Requirements :

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Punctuality and dependability are essential for success.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Heavy equipment experience, such as with a skid steer or mini excavator, is a plus but not required.
  • Must be willing to work full-time and potentially overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to take initiative and assist with other tasks as needed for project completion.
  • Leather boots with rubber soles are required for safety.

    • Job Schedule :

  • 6AM-6PM (roughly)
  • Mon-Fri
  • Some weekends when necessary

    • Job Pay :

  • $15-$18 / hourly
