Job description

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Nurse Practitioner to help advance our mission while caring for our partners' patient populations. This position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process.
This role may serve patients across the Dallas-Forth Worth metro area. Ideal candidates will reside in or near Arlington, Irving, Coppell, Carrollton, Flower Mound, Lewisville, or Denton, or be able to reliably commute to their assignment.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum 1 year of post-acute experience preferred
- Licensed in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license
Candidate Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical assessment and appropriately manage patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
- Perform procedures as trained and appropriately credentialed
- Complete accurate and timely progress notes and admission/transfer orders
- Educate patient on disease and treatment plans
