Senior Bridge Inspection Engineer

Overview

Senior Bridge Inspection Engineer at WSP in the U.S. in Denver, CO. You will assist the Mountain Pacific Regional senior staff on a full-time basis with business development and winning bridge and tunnel inspection and repair work for CDOT and other transportation agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and perform CDOT bridge inspections in accordance with NBIS and the AASHTO Manual for Condition Evaluation of Bridges.
• Liaison with client field / facility staff, lead / assist with communicating critical condition findings.
• Direct other field team members.
• Enforce safe operations in the field.
• Create or assist with creating and / or reviewing all required inspection reports.
• Ensure technical compliance with all applicable standards and specifications.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
• Support the Mountain Pacific Region and National Bridge Inspection group in performing bridge, ancillary, culvert and tunnel inspections in different jurisdictions as required.
• Support in the preparation of proposals, tasks, reports, and other documents.

Salary

Expected Salary : $125,200-$213,000
