Customer Success and Research Intern

Join the team behind HelloJobSnap - the app connecting local service providers with customers, fast. Whether it's cleaning, repairs, deliveries, or odd jobs, HelloJobSnap makes it easy to get things done-no per-lead fees, no middlemen, no delays.

We're looking for a Customer Success & Research Intern to onboard new users, provide friendly support, and gather feedback that helps shape the product. You'll play a key role in our growth while learning the ins and outs of startup life-with long-term potential for standout performers as we scale this fast-growing company.

What You'll Do

  • Call and onboard users who have downloaded HelloJobSnap-help them set up profiles and understand how the app works.
  • Provide friendly customer service via phone, email, or chat.
  • Ask brief research questions to learn what users need and what's working (or not).
  • Track patterns and share insights with our product and leadership teams.
  • Help refine the onboarding experience based on real feedback.

Who You Are

  • A strong communicator who's comfortable talking to people.
  • Friendly and clear on the phone-users will remember you in a good way.
  • Interested in technology, startups, or user experience.
  • Organized, reliable, and ready to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently with light supervision.
  • Bonus if you know tools like Notion, Google Sheets, or CRMs-but not required.
