We've partnered with a well-established and fast-growing international food company that distributes specialty grocery products across the Midwest. As they expand in the Michigan market, we're seeking a Sales Representative to manage retail store relationships, drive product visibility, and grow sales volume across key grocery accounts.
This is a field-based role perfect for someone who enjoys being in stores, solving problems on the spot, and building strong customer connections.
What You'll Do :
- Visit assigned stores across your Michigan territory to maintain and grow product presence
- Build relationships with store managers, owners, and buyers to increase sales
- Ensure in-store displays, shelves, and resets are completed to brand standards
- Work with merchandising partners to coordinate promotions and product launches
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools (Repsly or similar)
- Identify new opportunities and provide feedback to internal sales leadership
- Resolve store-level issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For :
