Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Centerless Grinder Operator to set up and operate Cincinnati centerless automatic grinders. This role involves determining the proper feed and speed combinations for efficient operations and ensuring the precision of parts produced.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Cincinnati centerless automatic grinders.
• Determine proper feed and speed combinations for the grinding process.
• Record piece counts and run times of production to ensure efficiency.
• Troubleshoot the loading system for automatic grinders as needed.
• Conduct inspections of parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
