The Senior Program Manager, Promotional Education position partners with U.S. Marketing and Sales teams to develop Promotional Education Program (Peer-to-Peer / P2P) strategies and tactics in alignment with business priorities. The Senior Manager is responsible for the effective planning and execution of Product Theater programs to support best-in-class HCP customer engagement. This person will contribute to performance excellence and continuous improvement for P2P marketing programs / tactics.

• Maintains an understanding of promotional education trends and BMS business priorities in order to identify opportunities to drive business impact.
• Provides recommendations to US Brand and Sales matrix teams to guide best-in-class HCP customer engagement.
• Conducts or coordinates appropriate analysis to support recommendations and to further enhance P2P knowledge, expertise.

Compensation Overview :

Princeton - NJ - US : $122,150 - $148,011 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employees work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
