We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Admissions Supervisor at Seven Hills Hospital. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our admissions department. Your expertise in patient prioritization, clinical knowledge, and staff supervision will contribute to the success of our team. Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and submit petitions, notices, affidavits / certificates of service and denial rights motions with the court on behalf of the patient and the facility.
• Provide all relevant information from the court hearing to the appropriate department at the facility.
• Compile, maintain and track the mental health court appearances and evaluation appointments for all patients admitted to the facility on an involuntary basis.
• Communicate effectively with court clerks, court-appointed doctors, public defenders and various court personnel in order to coordinate and deliver correct patient information for hearings and evaluations.
• Assemble chart materials for mental health court evaluations and hearings to provide evidence for each patient's hold.
• Communicate patient court progression with appropriate departments at the facility.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of relevant activities.
