📞 Now Hiring : Call Center Representative – Moorestown, NJ (Onsite | Contract)

Start Date : December 8, 2025

Pay : $16.50–$17 / hr

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM

Contract Duration : 90 Days

Training : 2–3 weeks + Final exam (must pass to continue)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the State of New Jersey’s Property Tax Relief Hotline in a fast-paced call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable delivering high-quality service on behalf of a state agency.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from taxpayers regarding Property Tax Relief programs and related inquiries.
  • Provide accurate, professional responses to all taxpayer questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of all Division policies and program guidelines.
  • Review and analyze taxpayer accounts to ensure applications are filed correctly.
  • File applications on behalf of taxpayers when appropriate.
  • Communicate refund amounts and confirm account information.
  • Make necessary account adjustments when applicable.
  • Update taxpayer addresses within the State system.
  • Mail requested forms and guide taxpayers on where to submit required documents.
  • Identify and report call-trend changes to management promptly.
  • Ensure all customer service standards are consistently met.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform basic math and use a calculator.
  • Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple systems.
  • Physical & Work Environment

  • Onsite, sedentary role requiring extended periods of sitting or standing at a workstation.
  • Frequent computer and keyboard use; repetitive hand / wrist movements.
