Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 30 PM
Contract Duration : 90 Days
Training : 2–3 weeks + Final exam (must pass to continue)
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the State of New Jersey’s Property Tax Relief Hotline in a fast-paced call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who is comfortable delivering high-quality service on behalf of a state agency.
