Description :

Make sure the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submitting the candidate.

A resume and license verification also need to be attached.

If these items are not completed and attached, the candidate will be declined.

A Covid test must be conducted 72 hours prior to the start date, with results issued 48 hours prior to the start date.

References (3) are required.

County Criminal background check for 7 years for all counties lived and worked is necessary.

Federal Criminal background check for 7 years or more is also required.

A Multi-State Criminal Search for 7 years or more should be completed.

A Nationwide Sex Offender Search for 7 years or more is necessary.

HHS / OIG Search must be performed.

GSA Search should be conducted.

A Social Security Number Trace is required.

A 2-Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray is necessary.

SAM Search must be completed.

Oregon State Background check is needed.

Position urgency is normal.
