Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content and Metadata Specialist to manage, curate, analyze, and optimize product content and metadata across multiple systems and platforms. The role requires strong skills in Excel (advanced formulas and macros), SQL or MS Access for data wrangling, troubleshooting, and large dataset management (2000+ rows). The specialist will ensure metadata accuracy, tagging consistency, and integration with AI-driven search systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in product management, data management, and digital content groups.
Key Responsibilities :
- Upload, correct, and troubleshoot metadata / content ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
- Conduct audits, analyze data trends, optimize metadata processes, and generate BI reports.
- Automate workflows, improve content flow, and expand metadata attribution for enhanced searchability.
- Manage documentation, charts, graphs, and PowerPoint reports for leadership.
- Support content organization, standardization, and activation strategies across systems (Tableau, Jira, Drupal, AEM, SAP).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Data Science, Marketing, Mathematics) or 3rd-year pursuit with 2+ years’ experience.Expertise in Excel (macros, automation), SQL / Access, metadata tagging, data troubleshooting.Experience with content management tools; beginner Adobe Photoshop / design skills a plus.Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with Tableau, Jira, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, SAP preferred.
