Boutique Tampa Law Firm is hiring a Legal Assistant with a couple of years experience working in personal injury. This firm has reasonable expectations of their staff as far as workload. The firm has full benefits and pays 100% for health insurance. This is a litigation role from inception through mediation. If the case continues after mediation the file is transferred to a trial paralegal. The lawyers at this firm are a fantastic group who are respectful, laid back at times and a pleasure to work with.

Essential Duties

• Draft Complaints
• Serve the law suit on defendants
• Propound and answer interrogatories, Requests to Produce and other legal documents
• Coordinate and schedule depositions
• Manage the calendar
• Other Legal Assistant duties
