Experienced Personal Lines P&C Sales Agent

InsureOnline.com is seeking Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. We represent over 50 insurance companies, ranging from the largest and most recognizable carriers to the most reliable regional carriers, enabling us to write any risk with a quality product.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect for new business; create your own centers of influence for leads, pre-approach letter writing, obtain expiration dates, follow up with prior contacts, set new business appointments, work leads that we provide for you, write business over the phone
• Complete applications, gather underwriting information, prepare and present quotes/proposals to new/renewal information
• Attend department/staff and training meetings and participate in company quality initiatives.
• Work within our Agency Management system
• Act as an agency advocate
• Service existing business by providing extraordinary customer service, processing endorsements, taking payments etc
• Work expiration lists to ensure client retention and provide alternate quotes when increases warrant it

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Producers License (Property & Casualty)
• Prior P&C Personal Lines Insurance experience
• Commercial Lines experience a plus!
• The desire to become a top-notch Sales Agent!
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus!

Estimated Compensation Range: $40,000/year-$60,000/year*

Published ranges are estimates. Offered compensation will be based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location. In addition, starting salary may vary by position depending on whether the position is in-office, hybrid or remote.
