Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients? Gallagher Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilledOccupational Therapist(OT) to provide personalized care to patients in their homes across West Mifflinand the surrounding areas.

Your Role as an Occupational Therapist :

  • Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to home health patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments, fine motor, sensory-motor, developmental delays, traumatic injuries, and swallowing disorders.

    • Who Were Looking For :

  • Licensed Occupational Therapistin Pennsylvania.
  • Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • A valid PA drivers license and a reliable, insured vehicle for travel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage patient care with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
