The position is for a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) required to be Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA). The role involves working in an outpatient setting at an Ambulatory Surgery Center with varied shifts and minimal on-call responsibilities, requiring at least two years of CRNA work experience. Credentialing can take up to 90 days, and candidates must possess active nursing licenses and be up-to-date with required vaccinations.

  • Reason for Coverage : Short staffed
  • Start Date : ASAP. Credentialing requires up to 90 days before candidate can start.
  • Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program is required.- Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
  • Outpatient position at an Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • Varied day shifts + On call
  • Minimal call
  • Varied weekend shifts
  • Average number of patients : Varies

ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

  • Board Certified by American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) - REQUIRED
  • Active MI licenses - Nursing and Specialty License (must have in-hand) - REQUIRED (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start) (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice / License History - REQUIRED
  • Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
  • Is provider willing to travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary? (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
  • At least 2 years CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) - REQUIRED
