Head of IT Operations (not engineering)

Senior leadership role responsible for 24x7 availability, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance across all IT systems and services.

Drive infrastructure strategy, manage vendor relationships, and oversee governance processes—focusing on continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and alignment with business and regulatory priorities.

Experience managing infrastructure from a service delivery, risk, and compliance perspective—preferably within financial services, investment management, or similarly regulated industries is needed.
