Key Responsibilities
Lead global project management and strategic oversight of enterprise training initiatives and compliance training modules
Oversee integration and optimization of learning and compliance platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in data analytics, providing advanced reporting frameworks to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related discipline
7 years' experience in Human Resources or Talent Management
Proven expertise in program management at a global level
Strong background in system integration and platform implementation
Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools, such as Power BI and Jira
